What is the due date for filing ITR (AY 2026-27)?
FY 2025-26 (AY 2026-27): For individuals and non-audit cases, the due date is 31st July, 2026. For business cases (non-audit), the due date is 31st August, 2026. For audited assessees (business/audit cases), the due date is 31st October, 2026, and the due date for filing the income tax audit report is 30th September, 2026. (Extended timelines are notified by CBDT from time to time.) Filing early avoids last-minute portal congestion. Upload documents via Client Login and our team will prepare and e-file.
How do I claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) correctly?
ITC is claimable on GST paid on business inputs, subject to matching in GSTR-2B and other conditions under the CGST Act. We reconcile your purchase data with GSTR-2B before each return so ineligible credit is not claimed.
What documents are usually needed for ITR filing?
PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements / AIS-TIS, Form 16 (salaried), capital gains statements, interest certificates, and last year’s ITR if available. Your assigned staff will share an exact checklist after onboarding.
What are the annual ROC filings for a private limited company?
Every private limited company must hold an AGM within 6 months of the financial year end and file AOC-4 (financial statements) and MGT-7 / MGT-7A (annual return) with the MCA, along with other event-based forms as applicable.
When is a tax audit mandatory under Section 44AB?
A tax audit is generally required when business turnover or professional receipts exceed the prescribed thresholds (subject to the prevailing Finance Act limits and presumptive taxation options). Contact us with your turnover figures for a definitive view.
How does the client portal work?
After sign-up you can upload documents requested by staff, track case progress, message your assigned team, and download completed deliverables. Some outputs may require payment confirmation before download, as agreed in the engagement letter.
Do you handle NRI taxation and FEMA matters?
Yes. We advise on NRI tax residency, DTAA relief, Form 15CA/CB, FEMA filings, RBI reporting, and outward remittance documentation for individuals and entities.
How quickly do you respond to queries?
We aim to respond to all client queries within the same working day (Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Urgent deadline matters are prioritised. For a free initial consultation, use the Contact page or call 9828163168.
